Does Sheetz have nugget ice?

What we found

• The April 22, 2024 r/QuikTrip post says, "Chick-fil-A, Sheetz, Wawa and Whataburger to name a few have Follett nugget ice machines. These machines make chewblet ice which has a distinct shape (cylindrical or tube) and appearance (cloudy, shiny and smooth)." That is one person's equipment comment, not a Sheetz statement, and it does not say every store has one.
• The r/Columbus post "Where to get Nugget ice (other than sonic)" (November 1, 2022) includes the author's update: "Sheetz has the good ice!!!!" That is one person, in one market, not a company confirmation.
• Sheetz has not officially confirmed nugget ice. A third-party menu site is not used as a source. Sheetz's terms forbid scraping, so these pins are not from the store locator.
• Pins are OpenStreetMap stores. A convenience store and its fuel canopy within 120 meters count as one store. This snapshot has 767 pins in the seven states CSP Daily News listed on September 30, 2026: Pennsylvania 305, North Carolina 121, Virginia 120, Ohio 109, West Virginia 63, Maryland 43 and Michigan 6. There is no Indiana pin; that article says the first Indiana store is planned for late summer 2027. The same article says Sheetz operates more than 850 stores, has 140 stores in Ohio, and expects 16 Michigan stores by the end of 2026. 665 pins have a street that starts with a number, 3 have a street with no house number, and 99 have no street in OpenStreetMap. No house number was guessed. If a pinned store doesn't have nugget ice, vote "no longer has it."

767 Sheetz locations on the map

Locations from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). They're widely reported listings, not individually confirmed — an April 2024 post groups Sheetz with Chick-fil-A and Wawa as Follett chewblet machines, and an r/Columbus post says Sheetz has the good ice, but Sheetz has not confirmed it. Sheetz's terms prohibit scraping, so these pins are OpenStreetMap only. If one is closed or its machine is out, vote “no longer has it.”
