Does Nugget Ice Vending Machine have nugget ice?
Yes. Nugget Ice™ ("The Good Ice") runs self-service vending machines at partner stores in Georgia and South Carolina that sell 8-lb bags of soft, chewable nugget ice. Each pin is one machine per the company's locator; machines are not individually confirmed by us.
Bags of ice: Sold only by the 8-lb bag from a self-service vending machine at each location (not inside the host store), per the company's locator.
What we found
- These are self-service red vending machines placed at host stores (gas stations, convenience stores and similar). You buy a bag of nugget ice from the machine itself, not inside the store, and it's bagged ice to take home rather than a fountain drink.
- Every pin comes from the company's own store locator (thenuggetice.com/locations, checked November 2, 2026): 19 machines in Georgia and 10 in South Carolina. Each pin shows the host store's name and address; map positions are the coordinates the locator publishes.
- The company lists every location as open 24/7. Access can still depend on the host store's lot, and a machine can be empty or out of service on a given day.
- We don't list prices because the company's site doesn't show them. If a machine is gone or no longer sells nugget ice, vote "no longer has it."
